“I’ve worked with Kathy at DWA Recreation for a number of years and continue to return back to her due to her excellent customer service and the quality of the products she represents. That was no different when it came time for us to look at installing a splash pad at our park. Kathy was knowledgeable and answered our questions. The Water Odyssey splash pad was chosen over other competitors due to the high end components below ground, finish on the components above ground, and of, course the great design. We were pleased that they were able to design a train water feature that reflected our community and could customize the colors of the design to our specifications. We also discovered Water Odyssey has good customer service as well when we had some questions with our controller. When it came time for installation the construction crew were equally easy to work with, met our deadline for installation, and also answered any questions we may have.
