Michelle Hook brings exceptional attention to detail and a steady, organized approach to her role as Staff Accountant & Compliance Officer at DWA Recreation. For many years, she has been an important part of the team responsible for keeping the financial and administrative details of DWA’s projects on track from start to finish.

Michelle works closely with the DWA team to track project payments through completion, maintain accurate financial records, and keep the many details associated with active projects organized. Excel spreadsheets are very much her happy place, and her thorough approach helps ensure that information is accurate, current, and easy to follow. She also plays an important role in maintaining DWA’s compliance records and documentation, including licensing, certifications, and other requirements that need to stay current as the company works with communities, contractors, and project partners.

Michelle has a calm, soft-spoken presence, but don't let that fool you. She has a wonderfully quick sense of humor and can be an absolute riot. Her combination of precision, dependability, and a great sense of humor makes her a valued part of the DWA team and one of the people helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
