DWA has developed an excellent team of sales associates to assist customers with park and playground design, installation, funding and community involvement.

Robert Greiwe
Robert Greiwe is the President of DWA and has been with the company since 1988. He was appointed Vice President of Sales in January 2000 and in 2015 Bob became president of the company. His immediate sales area is Southern and Western Ohio.
Kathy Kolanko
Since joining DWA in 2006, Kathy has provided customers with a high level of service and professionalism. She has been involved in numerous signature projects throughout the State of Ohio. Kathy's territory is Northwest Ohio and Columbus.
Grant Greiwe
Joining our sales team in 2016, after graduating from Ball State University. Grant is currently serving South Western Ohio in a sales territory and assists internally with CAD and bidding projects. Grant learned the business from the ground up which included spending his summers installing GameTime playgrounds while earning his degree.
Taylor Kolanko
Taylor joined the DWA Recreation team in July 2018 and will assume the territory that David Williams covered for over 40 years. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Dayton and was captain of the U.D. Lacrosse team. Taylor will cover the Northeast Ohio territory for DWA including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown and all of the surrounding suburbs.
